-Answer inbound calls professionally. -Provide customers with product and service information. -Respond to customer inquiries. -Handle and resolve customer complaints. -Route calls to appropriate resource. -Provide personalized customer service of the highest level -Identify and escalate priority issues. -Research required information using available resources. -Follow up the calls of the client with clerical duties. -Complete call logs -Complete call reports
-Qualifications -Proficient in relevant computer applications -knowledge of customer service principles and practices -Six months or more experience in a call center environment -Knowledge of administration and clerical processes -Preferable product knowledge
Experience 1 – 2 Years.
