-Interviewing candidates, selecting the best ones for each project & making all the hiring procedures. Always having a complete database of candidates for each position in each project. Building strong relationships with the team supervisors in order to work together on recruiting the suitable candidates. Executing market visits on regular basis to get in touch with required calibers. Building strong external relationships in the market. Maintaining, completing and updating archive of personnel records. Dealing with the insurance office.
-Qualifications • Preferable a faculty of law graduate / Business/ Commercial • 2-3 years experience, preferable in FMCG company/Chain Supermarkets. • Active, initiative, dynamic, quick & very flexible towards rapid recruitment demands. • Can work under stress. • Preferable Owning Car
Experience 1 – 2 Years.
